4. Payment Terms and Conditions
Fees for Services, including session rates, package rates, workshop fees, registration fees, materials fees, and any other applicable charges, will be disclosed at the time of booking or registration and may be updated from time to time.
- Payment is due in advance unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
- We may require a deposit or full prepayment to confirm a booking or hold a spot.
- All fees are stated in Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated.

You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for all authorized fees, including recurring or scheduled payments where applicable. You are responsible for keeping payment information current.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our cancellation and refund rules are intended to balance scheduling fairness, instructor allocation, and administrative costs. Unless a different written policy is provided for a specific program, the following applies:
- Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice before a scheduled individual session may be eligible for rescheduling or credit, subject to availability.
- Late cancellations, same-day cancellations, no-shows, and missed sessions are generally non-refundable and non-creditable.
- For workshops, camps, group programs, or packages, cancellations may be subject to non-refundable deposits, administrative fees, and prorated charges for services already delivered.
- Refund requests must be made in writing to our contact information listed below.
- If we cancel a session or program and cannot reasonably reschedule it, we will offer a refund, credit, or alternate arrangement at our discretion, subject to applicable law and the specific circumstances of the cancellation.
Refunds, if approved, will ordinarily be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time. To the extent permitted by law, no refund will be provided for unused time, partial attendance, missed opportunities, dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations, or failure to follow the recommended learning plan.
